30 days free return policy

We are so sure that you will be satisfied for any product purchased through this website, we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, if you wish to return it due to a Change Of Mind, you may return the product within 30-days of the date of receipt of goods for an exchange or a refund. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

If at any time in the first 30 days, you wish to return your unused product with an unbroken manufacturer’s seal on the box “as new” condition, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

“As new” condition means that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free gift

  • Order that comes with a free gift need to be returned together if you are returning the whole order for a refund. Any missing free gift will be deducted from the amount refundable of your purchase.
  • You are not required to return the free gift, if you are returning the order for an exchange.
  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns. Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to validation and approval at DGE Group’s discretion.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
