In general, high-quality massage guns typically offer made with metal-based materials and not plastics-based, high stall force (powerful), variable speed settings, longer battery life, noise level, lightweight, and additional attachments for targeting specific muscle groups.
It usually described out clearly in the technical specifications by the manufacturers. When they are not, more than often those massage guns are cheaper alternatives.
It is generally safe to use massage oils or lotions with a massage gun.
To maintain hygiene and prolong the life of the massage gun, regularly clean the attachments and handle with a damp cloth and avoid exposing it to water.
Order Status and Shipping
A packing details will be sent to you to your mobile phone once the item is shipped out from our warehouse. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us by phone or chat, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order let us know no later than 30 minutes after the time you submit your order by chatting with us via wa.me/+60103728285. Cancellation requests received after 30 minutes are subject to our ability to reroute your order with our carrier. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please know that we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and will need to return it to us.
We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Generally, once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within the same or next business days. If you haven’t received your package within 4-6 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at cs@beoka.my and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at cs@beoka.my.
Product Warranty
From the date of purchase, beoka products will be covered with free one-year of warranty for the body of massage instrument. We offer after-sales service within 5 years after the date of purchase. Any repair services beyond the scope of warranty will be charged fairly.
