- As the belt contains a built-in flexible circuit board, do not bend, pull, or apply excessive pressure to it, as this may shorten the product’s lifespan or cause damage.
- After each use, it is recommended to clean the flexible electrode area. Wipe it gently with a damp cloth or tissue, then dry it with a soft cloth.
- The controller is not washable. The belt may only be gently wiped with water below 45°C. Do not soak, dry clean, bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
- If the product will not be used for an extended period, store it in its original packaging or a clean, dust-free container.
- Store the product in a well-ventilated area with an ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C, relative humidity below 90%, free from corrosive gases, and away from direct sunlight.
- If the device is unused for a long time, it is recommended to recharge it at least once a month to help extend battery life.
