Coverage
For your peace of mind, all Beoka massage gun products are backed by a 2-year full product warranty and a 5-year battery warranty from the date of purchase. Our wellness products are covered by a 1-year warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty verification and after-sales support.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from the following user actions:
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
- Damage caused by accidental drops or mishandling.
- Issues arising from improper maintenance.
- Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
- Repairs conducted by an unauthorized service centre will not be recognized.
Out-of-Warranty Services
For repairs that fall outside the warranty terms or beyond the warranty period, services will be provided at a cost. A detailed quotation will be given for your approval before any repair work begins.
Extended Support
After-sales support is available for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
