Coverage

Every Beoka product is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, including a 1-to-1 exchange within the first 3 months. Please ensure you have proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from the following user actions:

  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by accidental drops or mishandling.
  • Issues arising from improper maintenance.
  • Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
  • Repairs conducted by an unauthorized service centre not recognized.

Out-of-Warranty Services

For repairs that fall outside the warranty terms, or beyond the warranty period, services will be provided at a cost. A detailed quotation will be given for your approval before any repair work begins.

After-sales support for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
