If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order for an exchange or refund. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed, unless the return is due to our error.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in “as new” condition

The manufacturer’s seal must be unbroken

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact

Proof of purchase is required
“As new” means the product is in the same condition as received — unopened, unworn, and unused.
Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Free gift items

If your order includes a free gift and you are returning the entire order for a refund, the free gift must be returned together. Any missing free gift will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If you are returning an order for an exchange, the free gift does not need to be returned.

Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, cash reimbursement, or vouchers under any circumstances.
Exchange
For the fastest exchange process:

Return the item you wish to exchange.

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
A one-time-use online promo/voucher code, equivalent to your original purchase value, will be issued for your subsequent purchase in accordance with your exchange request.
Return & Refund

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. All returns are subject to inspection, validation, and approval at DGE Group’s discretion. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In cases where the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
